Saintéloc Racing to defend Total 24 Hours of Spa victory in 2018

Reigning Total 24 Hours of Spa winners Saintéloc Racing have announced their intent to return to the iconic endurance race in 2018.

The French squad clinched outright victory in thrilling fashion last year, with their Audi R8 LMS coming from over a lap down to triumph by 11 seconds.

This season the team will field two cars at Spa, one in the Pro category and another in Pro-Am, as part of their assault on the Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup.

Two of the drivers who secured their memorable victory last time around will return in 2018, with both Christopher Haase and Markus Winkelhock confirmed as part of the team’s plans. Further drivers are set to be confirmed in due course.

The team’s motivation to take back-to-back victories in the Ardennes will be even stronger this year, with 2018 representing the landmark 70th edition of the Total 24 Hours of Spa.
